Our studio has all the latest amenities to keep you warm and comfortable. This unit has a heat pump/air conditioning and a ceiling fan. It also has a smart TV.

Jenny and Graeme have always had a passion for Central Otago, with the beauty of the rivers, lakes and surrounded by the Snow-capped Mountains in the winter…
They moved to Cromwell (full time) 6 years ago to be closer to our family and are now living the dream.
We feel very blessed to live somewhere with such quick access to world renowned attractions like the central Otago vineyards, Amazing Walking tacks and now the newly built cycling track from Clyde to Cromwell.

This 'bnb' studio on Bannockburn rd provides everything you need for a relaxing getaway. From the comfortable beds, cosy living space, luxury bathroom to the amazing mountain views, this is your best option for a short break away from it all.
It’s located on a private property on the banks of the pristine Kawarea river, but within minutes from Cromwell town center.
An Unforgettable Authentic Experience
The region around the studio is breathtakingly beautiful, you can see the mountains in the distance and the clear blue sky. A home away from home - that is what this air bnb studio is!
Main room
A charming Studio with a large, comfortable bedroom for a couple, with a fold out couch for a small child as well. There is also a bathroom with a shower, toilet etc
There are also Sitting areas outside and a Fold out Couch for an extra guest or small child.
Bathroom
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, heater and hand basin, there are also clean towels, shampoo and other helpful hygienic products for you to enjoy your stay.

The studio is located near the historic Bannockburn Cromwell. It is close to the Bannockburn Bridge & the world famous Otago cycling track
There are hiking trails that can be accessed from the Studio.
